The high rise sign, with reader board, provides good visibility from South 27th Street and Lillian Avenue. An additional lighted sign is located on the front of the building.

MANAGEMENT - The computerized cash register system is adequate to do all accounting functions for the business.

The Corner company owns the building and land and leases the facility to BLM, Inc, the operating company who owns the on-sale liquor license and is the manager of the facility. The primary reason for the sale of this business property is the need for major changes to allow this facility to reach it’s revenue potential.
