making phone calls, making arrangements, negotiating the
sale and assisting with the closing. Not only did she
perform her duties as my Sales Associate but she also picked
up the slack from the seller's realtor. The seller and the
seller's realtor were extremely unhelpful and would not
provide us with the information we needed on their end. Nora
picked up the ball that the other realtor dropped and did
everything she had to do to obtain the information on her
own. It was not Nora's responsibility to obtain the
information but her only concern was me and helping me with
purchasing this property that she did not only her job but
also everybody elses job to make it happen. Nora is
extremely knowledgeable about real estate, the real estate
market and the the process of purchasing/selling homes. Due
to the difficulties I had in obtaining information from the
seller's realtor, I would not have been able to purchase
this property without Nora's help. I would highly recommend
Nora's services to anyone and everyone. She is kind,
considerate, helpful, accommodating and knowledgeable.
